[50.000 SHU] The Macarena pepper is an Italian variety, created on the Stuard farm in Parma, Emilia Romagna, by Mr Mario Dadomo. The fruits have an aerodynamic shape and change colour depending on the stage of maturity, at first green and then dark red when ripened. The seeds are moderately spicy.
