Seeds of a very high quality species, requiring transplanting in the greenhouse from February to March and then in the open field in the following months until July. Eggplants are large, round in shape and dark purple in pigmentation. The pulp of the fruit is white in color, firm and delicate. This vegetable has excellent nutritional values, a sweet flavor and is excellent grilled or au gratin in the oven.
